I enjoyed making this Amish Stripe block. I’ve always liked the block and thought about making a quilt out of it after reading Pat Sloan’s blog. She sets them using the various log cabin settings.
I didn’t trim the block because the instructions said not to. I think the recipient has a special ruler that makes trimming the blocks easier. I didn’t know they made such a thing.
This is one quilt I can’t wait to see put together.
