I have to post this quick because I’m leaving for quilt group in a few minutes.
The same quilt group did a block swap back in 2007, and I asked for blocks in any pattern using 1930 reproduction fabrics. I had this fancy setting all worked out, but then I changed my mind and decided I wanted something simpler. I didn’t like the way the sashing fabric took attention away from the blocks.
So now I’m sashing them in white and unbleached muslin, and I like it much better.
