I’ve made some progress on the Fig Tree quilt, squeezing in sewing time when I probably ought to be sleeping.
The first four rows are all sewed together and to each other. They make a big quilt triangle.
In the next four rows the blocks are sewn together, but the rows aren’t sewn to each other. That’s my goal for this weekend, plus sewing them to the first four rows.
I like sewing the rows together as I go because I can see my progress and it keeps me motivated. With temperatures in the 90s through the weekend, I may get plenty of sewing time.
