March definitely went better than February. I finished two of the six items on the list, the Making Tracks quilt and the swap gift. The list is getting boring because most of the items don’t change. I need a fresh list!
Six items was a few too many. I think I’ll try four again this month, and just for fun I’m going to switch out a few of the repeat items.
1. Quilt the Summer’s Afloat top. I started pulling backing, batting, etc. last night. This one is coming off the list in April.
2. Make another little stripy quilt for the NICU. I had so much fun with the first one I just have to make another one.
3. Complete one block for the Shabby Fabrics mystery BOM. At this point I do not care what month. Any month will do.
4. Mystery Pick
The last item is a hard one. I’d like to finish something from my UFO list, and I think it needs to have a fair amount of piecing. I’ve done very little piecing in the last month, and I can feel that I need to piece something. Once I get that feeling, there’s no getting around it. Whatever #4 needs to be, it’s not coming to me. I guess we’ll all be surprised.
