Stash, Challenge And Time To Think

I finished up the challenge top last night……I think. From here it feels like it needs multi-colored binding using the fabrics in the quilt.

I don’t know what to think of this one. Is it me? Is it not me? Do I even like it? Does the sashing compliment the rest of the top? When I go into a project without a plan the results always surprise me.

I won’t count this as stash out until sometime after it’s quilted. Still not even thinking about buying fabric.

I think it is cute but you are right, I think it needs a bright binding from one or all the fabrics in the quilt to make it pop. I think you will like it much more once it is quilted and bound.

  2. Kate says:

I agree with Katie, a bright binding is the right finish to bring out all those pinks.

  3. I think using the fabrics in the quilt as the binding will bring it all together. I agree with Kathie…once it’s done you’ll like it much more.

  5. Denise says:

I think it will come to live when you add your touch with the quilting.

sorry I meant “life” not live
