Quilty Dreams

I’m so glad it’s Friday.
This was one of those weeks that wore me out. I don’t know if it’s the cold weather or having a few days off work last week, but I got nothing left. It isn’t even 8:00 pm and bed sounds like the best idea I’ve had all day.
Not much energy for creating, but that’s OK because when I’m not doing I’m thinking about doing. I’ve thought about fabric paints and embroidery, collage and Christmas. I’ve thought about creating in blues and purples, or desert colors. I bought a lot of those over the past year.
I’m also thinking about baking bread and sewing little bits of fabric together to make bigger pieces of fabric. One has nothing to do with the other, but that’s how my mind rolls.
But mostly I’m thinking about sleep.
Here’s to quilty dreams.
