Last week I used 5/8 yards for the fabric basket to use for scrap storage.
That had me at positive usage for about five minutes. The next morning I stopped at the Quilt Foundry sale and bought a yard of fabric to use in the BOM.
I was a little light on grays and these filled in the gaps. I shouldn’t need any other fabric for the BOM.
I’m not thrilled to be back at negative usage, but I’m not so far in I can’t get back out.

3/4 of a yard is not bad. Just make another basket for more scraps.
