Getting There

I FINALLY finished the main body of the Bricks quilt.

bricks-centerIt feels like I’ve been working on it forever. It needs borders, but that can wait until another day.

This quilt will go to Safehouse, a battered women’s shelter. I’d like to have it done for the next guild meeting in three weeks. It always feels good to turn in a quilt and get it out of the house.

I’m definitely ready for some smaller projects after this quilt and the rug.

I’m linking to Whoop Whoop Friday.

Great Donna! It does feel good to slowly close out a project that has lingered for a while. Looks like you are putting your time to good use!
