Sunday Stash And Small Stitching

The month wraps up some and it’s been a non-productive one in the sewing room. All my stitching this week was hand work on the pillowcase and the collage. This is the collage project so far.

I’m learning a lot this first time around, and will talk more about that in a later post.
For all the embroidery I’ve done in my life, I’ve used less than ten stitches. There’s a whole world of stitches out there I haven’t tried. Small projects are such a great place to experiment.
No fabric in or out last week. I’m working toward a small bust this week.
Fabric In: 34.125 yards
Fabric out: 16.375 yards
Net Fabric Added: 17.75 yards
How did you do this week?

I like your collage. It always fun to learn something new.

  2. Kate says:

You’ve got a good start on your collage. There are a lot of embroidery stitches out there. I’m hoping to do more playing with that when I retire. Happy stitching this week.

  3. It has been hot where I live, so my productivity is not full throttle. It looks as though your hand stitching is going to flourish! Enjoy all the new with the old! 🙂
