Sunday Stash September 24, 2017

No fabric in this week.
I made a smaller zipper pouch yesterday that fits my needs much better.

I love the fun fabrics. This one turned out better than the first, like anything else made multiple times. Now I know why people find making these addictive. The two pouches together used a half yard.
The next bust will be a quilt back, which will take me under 10 yards added. If I stay out of the quilt shops I might finish the year with positive numbers.
Fabric In: 34.125 yards

Great fabrics for your little zipper pouch!

  2. Melissa G says:

I love that little pouch. I need to give a little gift this week and that is a great idea.

  3. Kate says:

Very pretty little bag. The red is very eye catching, hopefully that means you can find it when you are looking for it!

That is a real pretty little zipper pouch. I like red and black together too. I need a few more fun pouches but don’t have the time to make any for me. I’m like the shoemaker’s children, in the business of quilting and making for others and not time for myself! 🙂 One of these days.

What’s the chance you are staying out of quilt shops until January 2? I know it won’t happen for me! I have a $30 GC burning a hole in my pocket. I think you’re doing well!

Your pouch is so pretty – love that red, black and white combination! My daughter makes me all colors and sizes of pouches and I use all of them! Several of them have vinyl fronts so that I can see what is inside!

Your Stash Report is so helpful! Julie and I were “talking” about it, so I included a mini tutorial on how I figure out my stash usage in hopes that others can benefit from your link up as well! Thank you for sharing and for the link up
