Sunday Stash May 26, 2019

Hope everyone in the US is enjoying the holiday weekend. It’s raining as I type this, which is the theme this year.
I finished the blocks for the so far unnamed quilt and didn’t have enough 30s fabric for the sashing. I added .75 yards yesterday and cut it last night.
30s blocksI should have enough left for the binding.
All that fabric in last week and not one piece of 30s fabric. There just wasn’t any in the sale.
This project is moving at a good clip. The goal is to finish it quickly and add to the used numbers. It will be a challenge to end the year with positive usage.
Fabric Added: 34
Fabric Used: 3.5 yards
Net Fabric In: 30.5 yards
How did you do this week?

1 Pack Rat With a Plan

Those blocks look great. Can’t go wrong with 30s fabric!

I think I still have some of that sashing fabric in my stash. It’s one of my favorites. Fun blocks. Good luck with your stash metrics, the year’s not half over yet so there is still lots of time to get back to the black. Have a great Memorial weekend.

It took me a long time to understand the draw of 30s fabric, but now that I get it, I am craving it!
