No fabric in or out this week.
I started working on the zigzag borders Saturday. I planned to get further than I did, but there was appliance drama. When making cookies the oven had the equivalent of a reactor meltdown. Six hours later the oven was cool again, and I was grateful that nothing caught fire.
My cookies and one cookie sheet took the brunt of it. Everything was salvageable, but the cookie sheet will never look the same. My microwave cookbook and my crock pot are my new best friends until we go stove shopping.
Perhaps more sewing will happen today.
