Thanks to everyone who left a comment in the last post about the mystery notion. I enjoyed learning all the ways I can use it. What a great find!
The stash numbers are all over the place this week. Either everything moves or nothing moves here.
I used 1.25 yards of fabric making kitchen curtains. I picked the pattern up at the thrift a couple weeks ago and I’m thrilled to have used it so quickly.
I also received a box from my sister with a large cut of flannel in it. I’ll use it to make a nightgown pattern I found at a thrift in Shipshewana last month.

The big four don’t make nightgown pattern anymore. I thought I would have to hack a dress pattern. Once again, thrift shops to the rescue.

Fabric In: 25.5 yards
Fabric Out: 9.375 yards
Net Fabric In: 16.125 yards
My numbers are going the wrong way. How did you do this week?
I wish my net intake was that low! LOL I am getting back into garment sewing now that a grandbaby is on the way. But fighting with my daughter about her color choices and mine will be the issue. Bwahahaha!! She is a neutral person where I love colors.
I looked at your mystery tool from last week and wow! It does look wicked, but so very useful! Yes, I love thrift shops as well! Your pajamas will be so cozy and pretty with that fabric! Take good care and thank you for hosting!
I really enjoy seeing what you buy or get at the guild meetings. I was also intrigued by that particular finger tool. I wish I could be as good at keeping track of my stash as you are. I’m hopeless at that angle of things but wish to improve.
