I have no idea what I did in the sewing room last month, but I don’t think it amounted to much. Maybe my goal for November should be to show up. Sometimes back to basics is best.
The project list repeats last month’s.
Project One: The Tiny Modernist Holiday 2022 SAL. All parts have been released now. There is so much stitching on this piece! My goal is Christmas 2023. I am pleased that it’s starting to look like something.

Project Two: The pinwheel charity quilt. I’m sewing setting squares to pinwheel blocks. A design opportunity resulted in yet another layout revision. This one has taken on a life of its own.

Project Three: I am cutting and sewing pieces for a Traffic Jam quilt (free pattern by Pat Sloan). This is a leader and ender project.

Project Four: The November challenge in my Art Quilt Group is to make something from a piece of fused fabric. I have an idea but haven’t had time to work on it.

Project Five: I am working on the pattern for the 2023 AQS Ultimate Guild Challenge quilt.
I’m hoping for more sewing time this month than last. My OMG will be to finish the November Art Quilt Group challenge.

Thanks for the free pattern tip! Can’t wait to see what yours looks like. As well as your pinwheel one!
I haven’t done any sewing in a month, Donna. Looks like you and I need to get back on track! 🙂
I saw your quilt displayed at the All Saints Lutheran Church Quilt Show yesterday. It was awesome!
All your projects sound intriguing. I hope to get to work on them this month.
I just love the pinwheel blocks. Looks like you’re up to something interesting with your guild challenge!
Your first project looks great Donna! You did make a lot of progress since I’ve seen you!
