After eight long months, I finished the Tiny Modernist three month holiday Stitch Along (SAL). The finished piece fills a 12 x 16 frame.
I love it, but man that was a lot of stitching. I have to admire all those people who do full coverage pieces from afar. I am not cut out for the commitment required for those projects.
The pattern is available complete now, should you be interested.
I bought a frame at Goodwill this weekend, and hope to have it on the wall soon.
I don’t care if it’s summer. Once framed it will hang through January.
It’s lovely!!! And yes, do hang up your work for all to see – it’s wonderful!
Thanks!
Congratulations on such a pretty finish! It’s truly lovely! Good for you! Share your precious accomplishment!
Thank you!
Congrats on the festive finish! Why not display it? No reason not to have a festive feel all year! 🙂
I know some people have “Christmas corners” that they keep out all year. I don’t do that (yet), but I will find a place for it.
Pretty and whimsical.
Thanks!
Awesome finish!!
It turned out so cute Donna, and sure was a ton of stitching! I am impressed with how quickly stitchers and quilters make it through massive mystery projects! Way to go on the finish and look forward to seeing it framed!
Thanks! I bow to those that stitch HAEDs and other full coverage. I just don’t have it in me.
