Sunday Stash June 6, 2020

No change in the numbers this week. I went to my LQS today and didn’t buy anything. They had a sale going, but nothing begged go home with me.
SS yellowI’m still plugging away at my three projects: The HST quilt, the penguins and Birds in the Branches. I cut the leaf shapes for Birds. Most still need the edges turned.
birds with leavesI expect to wash this quilt a couple times a year and I don’t want the applique to fray. Fusing would definitely have been faster.

Fabric Out: 12.75 yards
Net Fabric Out: 11.25 yards

    Fusing may be faster, but faster doesn’t mean better, or more enjoyable. Slow down and enjoy what you are doing! 🙂
